Position Overview
The Sales Operations Analyst for Customer Experience & Success is a key operational role that will work closely with other Sales Operations Analysts, Sales Leadership, Finance, Customer Operations and other internal functions. You will be accountable for assisting the team in the following areas: Customer data clean up, CRM system data and dashboard integrity, sales process, metrics and reporting, and other various projects. Entrust is looking for a strong self-starter who can be a facilitator for resolving issues, coordinator of workflow and problem solver to drive continuous improvement across our Customer Success Sales go-to-market teams. Ideally, you will be very detail oriented and able to adjust quickly in a fast-paced environment. Planning and analytical skills are a must.
Responsibilities
  • Design/enhance, execute CX data platforms, triage and resolve issues of CX data, customer data, action plan platforms that track cross customer/cross function/cross business improvement action plans
  • Apply knowledge and understanding of transactional sales process to provide leadership for planning, defining and implementing business/sales processes and generate recommendations for process improvement based on data analysis
  • Responsible for net revenue retention process documentation and system/reporting use and ensuring global consistency with regional effectiveness and scalability.
  • Drive efficiency across account management teams’ processes and activities
  • Support and facilitate the enablement of initiatives, programs, training and policies & processes
  • Keep the team apprised of best practices in sales strategy and technology, including digital sales engagement platforms for virtual sales teams
  • Develop knowledge of in-house data sources, and become adept at quickly extracting and analyzing data from these sources
  • Establish and track recurring revenue KPIs and assist in analyzing performance against these metrics
  • Analyze lead pipeline and quality, sales forecasting, and team activity in collaboration with Marketing and Sales Management
  • Own and drive corrective action planning strategies and facilitation based on KPI indicators and themes
  • Responsible for building a road map focused on sales best practices to drive growth related to customer success sales engagement
Basic Qualifications
We seek an individual with a successful track record who must be comfortable with a fast paced and changing environment. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Minimum 5 years of sales/marketing operations experience, business analyst or equivalent background preferably in a SaaS / SW sales market
  • College degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant field
  • Experience using SalesForce.com or equivalent CRM tool
  • Advanced Microsoft skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
  • High velocity SW sales or sales/marketing operations experience is a plus
  • Experience with Oracle, Business Objects, Tableau, QuickSight programs
  • Knowledge and understanding of end-to-end virtual Sales commercial processes and best practices
  • Strong influencing skills - providing guidance, direction and feedback to sales team members, including remote field sales staff
  • Must possess strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems with moderate complexity
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and experience delivering presentations to peers and top level management
  • The creative skillset to build PowerPoint presentations with data and analytical findings
  • Both results-oriented and collaborative, able to work as part of a team and independently while managing demands from multiple individuals
  • Flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment with the ability to manage priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Strong change agent with proven success implementing process improvement
